"Pros: Breakfast was not included. Having a 5-gallon water available was good. The free instant coffee and marshmallows added a touch of hospitality.

Cons: Newer towels please. Better lighting in the bathroom please (you can do this by simply changing to LED panel lights). The shower faucet couldn't stay on for the phone shower handle. This must be serviced or replaced.
The stairs light was either broken or not working. Elevator was broken during a brownout at night and we had to use the stairs without any lights. Not good since the stairs are dark brown.
Definitely the driveway drop off is extremely inconvenient since our van could not maneuver and therefore had to back up all the way to the end of the street. Furthermore, no canopy to protect guests from the rain to go to and from their vehicle."
