"Pros: Location is away from the congestion of Tagaytay. Room had complete amenities, supplies. The coin-operated water dispenser was an interesting feature. Cons: Facilities of the residential community were no longer as well maintained from when we were here last. Common areas were dim and are in need of a fresh coat of paint. The liquid solvent used to clean the room smelled of a very strong perfume scent that was bothersome." ~Ccdb
