"Pros: People made or stay very welcome and we buy crab 🦀 freshly caught, all cooking facilities was available to eat even went out way and give us an ice cooler and sent person to shops for us to get ICE , salt and Vinegar. Cons: The house was brilliant bit unfortunately we only had a hired car and road was of track and was bad stone road and then very bad Ground only suitable for 4x4 took 27 minutes off main cement road to get to house . Also dog was tired up in cage next to house grounds, we was ok with that but dog only barked if another person was to enter grounds or in our case another dog." ~Clive

"Pros: The location is fine/convenient 2 blocks from the main road - the room size and aircon is ok and quiet making it easy to sleep. We were thankful they let us stay longer than the checkout time as we were waiting to meet up with some friends. Cons: A big problem in Brookes Point is that there is a lack of competition for hotels so they are overpriced for the value they provide. for what we experienced and the quality of the accomodations at this place, I would be happy to pay between 700 - 800 pesos max but the price was close to double that. The room wasnt so clean when we arrived and there was a cockroach right at the door. The staff barely said anything to us and it felt like they were just doing the minimum and we had to go around looking for them rather than them being available and accessible. Anyone who starts a simple guesthouse in brookes at the price point i mentioned before will do really well as they will disrupt the market." ~Jena
