"Pros: We almost had the place to ourselves. My children loved exploring the beach. Stunning sunset. Great cocktails and happy hour. We had the hotel arrange a transfer from the ferry to explore the island and then go back to the hotel, which was handy. They also arranged our transfer to the ferry when we left the island. We had dinner and breakfast there, and mostly the food was good, but not always. It was slightly hit and miss. My children liked the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it to other families. Cons: The staff were friendly but quite slow, and things often took much longer than expected. After we checked out, we were contacted about an undercharge for the transfers and asked to send additional payment during our holiday, which was inconvenient and could have been handled more smoothly. Overall, the service felt a little disorganised. I also had an issue with a meal—the prawns I ordered were undercooked and had to be sent back." ~Pen
