The beds were cozy and warm, which was perfect for the cool Maligcong weather. I appreciated the extra blankets and clean linens—they made a big difference after a long day of hiking. Cleanliness was clearly a priority at Mavy’s. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were all well-maintained and tidy. The bathrooms had a steady supply of water and were kept clean throughout our stay. Even in a rural, remote location like this, the homestay managed to feel fresh and hygienic, which isn’t always easy to find in mountain accommodations. "Pros: The beds were just right. Quiet unique location. Did the job for our group of 10 Cons: Not really a dislike. But the host didn't seem to have our reservations for all of us.... group of 10 with 3 different reservations. But it was not a problem.
