"Pros: The place is a very nice, rural place. Facilities are very good, staff is very very kind. Right inside the Banaue region. I definitely recommend this place if you organise your Manila-Banaue-Manila transfer. Requires some adaptation to local reality, but yhis is expected and also a target of the trip. I was going to rate it less fot the issues with had with services, but I need to increase by 1 mark thanks to the wonderful smile and eyes of the very young lady at the hotel who was always around trying (and succeeding) to communicate and be useful. Cons: 1) At the hotel, jnfortunately nobody spoke more than 3 words of english, although they were making efforts. 2) We reserved all services through the hotel. The Manila to Banaue transfer was perfect, the tours were very good, the return transfer to Manila was an absolute nightmare. This takes the evaluation down" ~Giorgio

"Pros: The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Sheets were clean. Pillows and bedding were very comfy. Hot shower. Hot and cold water cooler. Plenty of free cups and mugs to use. Restaurant serves good food at great prices. The double decker sandwiches were also great as a packed lunch for Batad (you'll need the energy). Location is right in the middle of town, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc nearby. Covered patio at the restaurant so for us smokers, you've got a place to have a puff without exiting the building. Cons: The bathrooms don't have fans so they're pretty moldy. Not a big deal and common for a budget stay in SE Asia. Walls are thin so bring earplugs. There's no parking but for 100 PHP you can park your bike overnight around the corner in a covered, guarded parking garage (20 meters from the hotel), cars will cost a little more." ~Edward
