"Pros: The caretaker tried so hard to make up for the disappointment upon reaching the destination. He is a good person, and on foot guided us to the place. Cons: Hard to look for the property, GPS can’t locate the property.turned out, there is no road going to it. The caretaker has to meet us somewhere or else we will never see it. No communication from the host on what to expect , or information about the property considering the place doesn’t have a road to follow. Need a big car , SUV or 4x4 The phone number listed is the number of the previous caretaker, we are fortunate that they helped us find the place. They run on solar power, by early morning the power shut off. No internet connection. Philippines is hot and humid, the property doesn’t have A/C. The property is not comfortable and location is not convenient if you need to go out and worse when there is a medical emergency." ~Christine
