Before our arrival, I tried multiple times to contact the host via message, call, and email to confirm the condo details and other necessary information, but I received no response. This lack of communication added to the frustration and uncertainty. Finally, when I asked for compensation for the inconvenience and stress caused, I was told that they would just cancel our reservation. This was highly unprofessional, especially considering it was a holiday, and finding alternative accommodations at that time was extremely difficult. We had children and a senior with us, which made the situation even more stressful. This experience was unacceptable. My advice is to prioritize professionalism in your service.
