"Pros: The location was good, pretty close to everything. Room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Massage was amazing Cons: Staff in the cafe could be better. I bought a can of beer and instead of them opening it and pouring it into a glass I had to do it myself. When I did the beer exploded everywhere…. All over my bag and my clothes. The male assistant looked at me and asked if I shook the can (really). Offering no assistance to clean myself up after being sprayed. I laughed it off but the assistance could have been better. I also got somebody else’s laundry. And when I arrived at 9.30am I had to go and make myself busy in town due to not being able too checkin in Attention to detail could be better I think" ~Sharon
