"Cons: The worst booking experience I ever had! The host lacked proper coordination with the caretaker, unit owner and guest. She told me it's okay to come at 12:00 noon so we went to the tower lobby then. Only to be waiting for hours there and then she told us that we need to move to Shell Residences because there's no more available room in Sea Residences. Super init at tirik ng araw, naglakad pa kami going to Shell Residence with our heavy bags. I booked sa Sea Residences because of its location, why would she move us to Shell Residences?! Super unprofessional! Kung alam ko lang itong mangyayari samin, i should have cancelled it early on! Nakakainis, super worst experience! Never book with this unit, ever!" ~Edzday28

"Pros: Stayed 3 days for a concert. The host was very kind and welcoming, the unit was clean when we came. True to word na walking distance to moa arena. There’s also an Alfamart near the entrance for quick needs. Cons: The stove malfunctioned buti nalang may microwave or rice cooker as alternative pangluto." ~Felicia
