"Pros: The room was nice and clean, though the towel had a slight kulob smell. The internet connection was great, and the positioning of the lightbulbs was good. I also liked the view from the little veranda. Overall, we had a good rest before my next flight at 9am. Cons: I got out of the airport at 11:45 after a long trip from Qatar, plus the extended wait at immigration and for luggage pick-up, so I’m completely exhausted." 1st: The guard at One Palm Tree Villas initially directed us "sa dulo, kakanan" (at the end, turn right). However, when we reached the end, there was no right turn. We asked another guard nearby and showed our printed reservation. He then told us to proceed to a gate on the other side of the road. When we got there and inquired, the third guard informed us that it was not the correct gate based on our reservation. We went back to the second guard, who admitted his mistake and finally pointed us in the right direction. This delay caused us to arrive 10-15 minutes late at the lobby. 2nd: Upon arrival at the lobby, the guard was not coordinated with our reservation. As a result, we had to wait for 30 minutes from the time we arrived before receiving our key from the agent. 3rd: The fridge was not pre-cooled. While the unit had some casserole dishes and an electric burner, there was no takure (kettle), so we were unable to make coffee. 4th: The shower water temperature was difficult to adjust and mix properly." ~Aracent

"Pros: Great location just across the airport (NAIA Terminal 3) so you can just literally walk towards the airport from here. Also it’s perfect for people who have early morning or late evening flights. Very convenient and safe because it’s within Newport area where there is mall, food establishments and the bakery is open 24/7 at Pan De Manila just outside Two Palm Tress Villas. We enjoyed the stay, the AC is cold, with very good internet connection, the room is clean and has balcony. Highly suggested to stay here and will come back again! I booked this for a good deal price. Cons: We did not like the smell of the toilet because there was already a leak. The owner should have it fixed asap coz it’s dangerous to be in the bathroom as it may get slippery. The kitchen sink smell was also unpleasant." ~Reah
