"Cons: The whole stay was horrible. From checking in to checking out. We had to wait for over an hour for the host to give us the key. At the property, they held on to our ID's throughout our stay. We booked for 4 people and the place was only good for 2 people. My husband had to sleep by the floor next to the bed. The cabinet door was falling apart and the shower head fell down due to handle wasnt tight and got easily broken. When we reported all that to the host, She told us that we have to pay and we weren't able to get our IDs back until we paid her. She asked us to wait for the maintenance for them to assess how much would the installment and the replacement of all the broken items that to begin with was not our fault. We were so frustrated 😠 😡 and felt like we were scammed by her. Theres also an additional charge for using their swimming pool 😠 😡 😤 😣" ~Jackelyn
