"Pros: How will I rate if I was not able to stay because the number of the owner is can't be reach...There is no exact location or tower number or apartment number shown on your app. Very very stressful and I really want to get my refund... Cons: I confirmed my booking but when I call the owner number. It can't be reach..How do you let this happen that you confirm my booking with you and the owner is not reachable. And after 2 hours of waiting she will say that they are full. Pls I want my money back..." ~Jay

"Cons: Dirty, shower head broken,bed and room smelt. Bed springs sticking throw the bed.Could not dry yourself with the towls as if they were made out of some type of plastic. Stove top didnt work. You couldnt sit on any of the chairs or lounge as they were so uncomfortable. We called them 4 times to come and unblock the toilet and they didnt do anything .When we asked them for a refund or a nother room ,they said there is know refund and we do not have any other rooms. So we left and lost a nights accomadation. Do not stay there it is a dump." ~Craig
