"Pros: It was a new and beautiful luxury condominium, and the room was spotlessly clean. It seemed more professionally maintained than the hotel rooms I've stayed in so far. There was an SM shopping mall nearby, so I had no trouble shopping or eating. Unlike other hotels, if you send a picture of your ID to the owner in advance and don't forget to complete the entry procedure, you can feel like you're "living" in Manila and have a comfortable stay. Cons: There wasn't a single problem. Just remember to check in with the owner in advance." ~Naoki

"Pros: The Host of this place was great and polite. Very well communication and perfect customer services. The place was very nice and clean. By SM mall that's hugh plus. I would book this place again. Cons: It's not Host fault, it's more SMDC or whoever fault but pool situation made me mad about paying on G-CASH instead of paying in "PESO CASH"....
