"Pros: Excellent location, close to restaurants and shopping mall. Very secure and safe. Cons: I can’t speak for the other unit in the condominium complex. My review is only for the unit that I rented, which is very unsatisfactory. There’s a smell in the bathroom which you can smell even if the BR door is close. Maintenance said to use the washing machine which is located in the bathroom, to flush the drainage but when we did, the bathroom flooded but didn’t get rid of the smell. There’s a lot of cobwebs and the shower curtain is moldy that we had to change it ourselves. If only I have the option to refund my payment, I will be looking for a different unit/condo. Another thing that I want to point out is if you book a property, make sure to contact the property manager right away and confirm if you have the right room because the description in the website doesn’t match the property. The website description says “one bedroom has a full size bed & a sofa bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed, living room with sofa bed. This is not true because the unit is very small!!! There’s no living room, only a small kitchen and a small dining room and the dining chair has no cushion which is very uncomfortable." ~Meliza

"Pros: The residence is nice with a cafe and convenience store next to the pool. It’s a two bedroom apartment well equipped for 5 people max. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. Good communications with Bel via WhatsApp. Cons: Finally it’s a bit far from the airport (30min by car). You can not use the pool as visitor during the weekend. There is only 1 queensize bed in one room and one single bed on the other room with a futon on the floor that can fit 2 children. It’s only suitable for 5 person maximum whereas booking is selling it for 6 or 7 adults which is wrong." ~Thierry
