"Pros: Great location near Alona beach. Had a really nice Korean restaurant beside it. I paid to upgrade to the newly opened suites by pool round the back. They were very nice looking, however bed was too hard for me and the shower pressure was terrible and no hot water. Also the room lacked a few touches such as tissues, a shelf by vanity for bathroom accessories etc. Vanity is open to bedroom so need to remember to shut curtain in room when undressed from bathroom. No safe in room! You have to ask for fresh water and towels each day otherwise they won't change. Their is no housekeeping so have to make your own bed." ~Ferlin
