Cons: ✘ Thin walls – Noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, especially at night. ✘ Loud guests next door – Kids were screaming, banging, and slamming doors, affecting relaxation. ✘ Cold pool water – It got quite chilly in the late afternoon and evening, possibly due to elevation and no heating. ✘ Lack of staff assistance at the honesty bar – Would have preferred a more personalized service." ~Xandra
