"Pros: Staff were excellent. Guide for whale sharks was great. Cons: Wifi does not reach rooms and is terrible even when you are within range. Shower was low pressure and could aim or adjust shower head. Hot water was rigged a bit haphazardly. No refrigerator. Water from the hotel was warm as well." ~Derek
