Situated in Oslob, a few steps from Tan-awan Beach, AJ's Place Beach Resort features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a private beach area. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of PHP 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. For your convenience, we accept credit card payments at the resort via PayPal. Please note that there is a small 5% convenience fee that is payable in cash.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for ₱ 500 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
