"Pros: The whole place was beautiful and the kids loved all the amenities in Pico De Loro. Cons: The room Jacana B 519 had bad air conditioning, the AC couldn't make the room cool, and we had to turn on the electric fan just to stay cool inside. The remote for the TV didn't have batteries, so it made watching a pain. Lastly, the queen sized bed was hard and uneven, which made it uncomfortable for us to sleep in." ~Michael

"Pros: Spacious Cons: We were initially disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the property. The room was dusty, there were cockroaches in the kitchen and ants in the freezer, and the bed linen, pillowcases, and curtains were dirty. Additionally, one of the beds was uncomfortable, as it felt like lying directly on exposed springs. On a positive note, the owner promptly addressed the bed linen issue, and someone came to change the sheets and pillowcases, which we appreciated." ~John
