"Pros: Good communications throughout and apartment is well setup. Caretaker very helpful with logistics to the Arena Cons: Nightmare to get there and owner should know that joyrider is the way to go both ways from Manila to the apartment. We also had issues with cockroaches" ~Craig

"Pros: Room was comfortable. Clean bathroom. Nice bar and kitchen combo, complete with utensils, crockery, microwave oven and single burner induction stove. Big refrigerator and TV. Nice living area that included board games and a Bluetooth speaker with 2 mics for karaoke. Perfect for couples or a family of one. Unit owner was understanding enough to allow a few hours longer for late check out. Cons: Room key security box was so difficult to open when entering correct pass code. Needed help from guard on duty. It turned out pass code on the e-mail was wrong and not updated earlier. There was no proper storage for the cleaning materials. Had an encounter with a person on the first night, who claimed to have booked the same unit from Agoda and was confirmed. A major double-booking incident. But no issues were brought up. Person did not return. Housekeeper was unresponsive on all calls and SMS messages made by client." ~Gerard
