"Pros: Ms. Nova, the caretaker, was very polite and helpful. The location is excellent and easily accessible, being close to the mall. I was also able to conveniently book a Grab ride from Manila to Cheers Residence. When I asked for an early check-in, the host granted my request at no extra charge, which I greatly appreciate. Cons: The pillows were not very comfortable, and although extra towels were provided, they appeared newly purchased and unwashed. A dish rack would also be a useful addition, especially for guests using the provided kitchen utensils." ~Mary
