"Pros: Great Location, great air conditioning. Cons: Description was misleading, advertised as 2 bedroom but the other room was initially a lounge converted to a room with a bed with no door for privacy. The blind/curtains are far too short, not long enough to block out the sunlight in the morning. There is no place to sit is around other than the dining table. The pool is very cold, it is shaded by the building itself and nearby buildings, there is only a couple of hours to catch the sun if you are even lucky to get a sun bed. Wanting a shower first thing when we got in but the shower fell off from the wall, after waiting for few hours response from the owner, had to ask the building maintenance to fix it - had to tip them. A lot of dogs in the floor running around the corridors." ~Marditha

"Pros: Close to uptown mall. Cons: There are cockroaches crawling at the kitchen counter, coming out of the kitchen exhaust. You are not permitted to use the gym. No extra towels. House keeping is extra. Parking is extra." ~Joseph

Whether you want to explore the vibrant nightlife or enjoy the numerous dining options, everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself was a gem. The fully equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise, allowing me to prepare my meals whenever I wished. The interior was tastefully furnished, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The big windows provided ample natural light and a lovely view of the cityscape. The presence of air conditioning made my stay comfortable even in the warmest weather. The living room was a great space to unwind, and the inclusion of a swimming pool on the premises added an extra layer of relaxation to my stay. All in all, One Uptown Residence offers a fantastic stay in a prime location with all the amenities one could ask for.
