"Pros: Location is good. Convenience store right outside and walkable to SM mall where there are many places to eat. Pools looked nice but I never had a chance to use. Bedding and towels were provided. Room was comfortable. Children enjoyed the toys that were provided. Cons: Check-in was a nightmare. The only possible contact was through the email through the Booking website. I could receive email in my gmail account but could only reply through booking.com which was a pain every time. A phone number was provided with my confirmation but when I called that number I got a woman who said she had nothing to do with this business. I was calling from a Philippines SIM and I rechecked the number carefully. I got to the property and only then was requested to provide the names of my guests, which would have been a lot easier to do ahead of time instead of while standing outside using a phone. For some reason the guard was able to contact her even though I couldn't. Another owner of another unit happened to come by and the guard talked to her and she was able to make contact with the owner as well. After over an hour, she was able to let me into the unit after I had been frantically trying to reach the owner and also arrange transportation for my guest. The whole time until I got in I was wondering if I had been scammed. By the time all this was done it was too late to ever go to the pool. Other items about the room: 1) The first thing I saw in the kitchen when I turned the light on was a cockroach in the cupboard. 2) No toilet paper, and the bidet hose did not work. Bathroom light is one bare bulb in the middle of the ceiling so you can't see anything in the mirror. 3) Water filter in the kitchen leaks onto the counter when you use it - owner might want to fix that." ~Mark

"Pros: owner is active in communication Cons: I hate BOOKING.COM for including this facility in my filter. I specifically requested for HOTEL and WITH PARKING and POOL. Later did I know that parking and pool is to be paid exclusive of the rate charged to us in the system.. Meaning it shoot high from the budget that I allocated for this trip." ~Bunnz
