Spacious and fitted with wooden flooring, all the air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and free bottled water. The en suite bathroom has hot/cold-water shower facilities. Suites also include a separate living room and microwave. The Studio 18 Residences is a 15-minute walk from the Philippine Stock Exchange and a 20-minute walk from SM Megamall. The Medical City is a 20-minute drive away. It is a 45-minute drive from Ninoy Aquino International Airport. There are no on-site restaurants, however guests may dine at several restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the property.
