"Pros: ☹😩😫 Cons: The check-in time was 2pm but the unit caretaker was not there when we arrived at the Birch lobby. I kept on calling the mobile number indicated in booking.com but it was just ringing. Even the reception area didn't know about my booking details and told me that Birch Tower don't have a 2-bedroom apartment. We also asked the assistance of other hotel personnel and caretakers who were waiting for their guests. They made some calls and looked for the possible owner of the 2-bedroom apartment that I booked for 5 pax. At exactly 2:55 pm the caretaker, Libay arrived without any apology or reason why she came late. Then told me that they don't have a 2-bedroom apartment, instead gave us 2 separate small rooms, each for 2 pax. Imagine how inconvenient the situation was. I intentionally booked for a 2-bedroom apartment because we needed a bigger space for our meetings and planning. But this lady failed to provide the exact room description that was posted. So, we ended up getting another bigger room from another unit owner. Some people in the hotel lobby told me that I got scammed, that it has been their modus. So beware of this room owner. Despite of the bad experience, I would definitely book again at the Birch Tower because it's very near Robinson's mall and other unit owners provide legit hotel services." ~Gen
