"Pros: i already stayed in this place for a lot of times now. it is a homey & comfortable place to stay and relax. soothing atmosphere with plants, rooftop for fresh air. food was delicious - flavorful & sumptuos. Parking.- good that there is always an attendant nearby to help with the parking since it is narrow. excellent process on this. Cons: on this particular stay, i noticed that staff process changed & is now not organized. i already gave my food stub but staff at the restaurant asked for it again. there should be a box or clipboard that when the customer already gave the stub, they would know! one of the waitress does not even know what is served for breakfast on the day. she just said "just like the food yesterday"(& why would a guest who just arrived know what was served for yesterday's breakfast?) also there are plenty of staff around but restaurant ( ground floor resto) is unmanned most of the time. most of them are compiling in a certain area chatting. singing in the karaoke, piling up in the hallway of the parking area etc. why can't the staff have a place to stay when they are on breaks or whatever? they tend to stare at the customers while they eat instead of doing whatever it is that they need to do. guests tend to themselves because staff are everywhere except those where they are supposed to be. hence- improvement is needed on customer service training on "professionalism" and proper delegation of duties & processes." ~Direkgi
