"Pros: Seems fair for the price.
Cons: A dangerous accident happened because of the improper placing of the mirror in the bathroom. The mirror was not installed properly and we're just place above the sink. It fell down while we are gone so when we got back I got minor injuries because of the broken glass. Another thing is the unprofessional care taker, when we complained about the stomping noises above our unit all he could say is he can't do anything about it. Also he didn't meet us when we check out and didn't return my id and the deposit money for the keys. He just texted that he will send it through gcash and since we have somewhere to go to, we trust he will send it but we didn't hear anything from him until now. It was just a small amount but money is still money. Hope someone can do something about it. Additional, there were also hidden charges such as cleaning fees etc. "No hidden charges" as stated in their page were not true."
