"Pros: The location was one of the highlights—it felt much safer compared to other areas in Manila, which gave us peace of mind, especially as we were traveling with a baby. The building is conveniently situated with easy access to shops and essentials, making it very practical for a family stay. The unit itself had a small kitchen, which made it easier to prepare baby food and manage our child’s needs during the trip. It was cozy and functional, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The host was absolutely wonderful—very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a few last-minute changes, and he handled them all with such flexibility and grace. The staff and security in the building were also friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. (it's been a while since I met such friendly people 🥹) We genuinely felt well taken care of, and for families or anyone looking for a short, comfortable stay in the city, this place is a great option. Cons: Overall, the place was okay, but some of the furniture felt a bit much. For example, the carpet near the console wasn’t very baby-safe—my little one tripped on it a couple of times. I don’t blame the host at all, but perhaps a more minimalist setup could help make the space feel safer and more open, especially for guests with kids. Some furniture and items in the unit are starting to show signs of wear, so a bit of maintenance or refresh would definitely help enhance the experience. A few nice decorations are great, but overall comfort and safety should come first." ~Dianne

"Pros: Excellent location to all the wonderful things that Manila has to offer. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need, a large refrigerator, microwave, aircon, TV, hot shower, balcony washer and many other amenities. The booking agent is very polite and accommodating, the room is clean and tidy. The building is new and well maintained. The price was the best we could find in the downtown area and was approximately half the cost of comparable rental units." ~Thomas

"Pros: Location is good The host is responsive: at the beginning he gave me a noisy unit where you could hear the traffic and then, as per my request, he gave me another unit giving to the courtyard. Wifi worked well. Cons: You can hear a lot to your neighbors. The bed is short if you are taller than 1.80 m. The rain shower does not have warm water, the mobile shower does. The water from the mobile shower is warm, but not hot. This accommodation shows in booking.com as an hotel, but it is not. It is an apartment. The apartment has everything but it's quite small." ~Antonio

"Pros: What you see is what you get. The property is as what you see on the pictures. Upon room entry you will be greeted by the kitchen, complete with kitchen tools in the cabinets. There's also wifi and netflix, which is nice. The bathroom was okay, shower head was weird but tolerable. We really liked the sofa bed as well—to the point that three out of four of us slept on it, funny enough. The property is also incredibly super aesthetic unlike other properties listed. The location is very convenient since it is near MOA—we were able to get our orders easily. Owner was very nice as well :)" ~Akira
