"Pros: It’s our second time staying here and it’s been another great experience. Juan is quick to respond. Hotel staff is very friendly, the location is the greatest; nearby newly opened “the shops “ under Ayala Triangle. The kitchenette is nice and has a big fridge. It’s nice to be able to reheat stuff in the microwave. Cons: No balcony access and the bed is quite uncomfortable. Also water temperature really varies." ~Sandesh

"Pros: The pool is iconic and lovely. Bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. Likewise, the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Tbh, I rarely eat enough to justify the cost, but to me, it's worth it just to try something I might not have otherwise. And of course, the beds are comfortable, the sheets crisp and clean, and the shower has the best water pressure and always hot. I always stay here. Can't beat the location in Makati. Cons: It's a little expensive, especially for drinks. There is no way a San Miguel should cost that much. But hey, you know what you're getting into when staying there.
