"Pros: Security. Pool.
Cons: How we were approached by the guard on duty. I understand the safety concerns but it could have been better if they approached you calmly and asked information inside the lobby, like the room number or asked to show him the key card of the room. I am not comfortable giving out the room number outside the lobby since it's a public place, but I had to say it because he asked.
I requested for a table and chair and I was advised that it can be provided upon availability. When I arrived inside the room, there was no table and chair. I had to go to the lobby again to request for it. Since it was part of the booking, they should have provided the request without being asked especially it was available"
