"Pros: The price for the accommodation is pretty good, not expensive, and very convenient. The place is very secure and safe. Cons: I’ve stayed in The Flats many times and the service is good. However, this time, I found many cockroaches in the room (sink, bathroom, toilet). I love The Flats since it’s cheap and convenient but I hope this issue can be solved. Additionally, the room I stayed had broken toilet seat and hoping that it could be fixed especially for new people." ~Pagsinohin
