"Pros: I have stayed with a wide range of hosts in many countries and have had experiences ranging from great to not so good.  I am happy to say that my recent stay at this room in the Makati City area of the Philippines, was my best experience ever based primarily upon the great responsiveness of the host Jonathan!  And even beyond the best responsiveness I have ever experienced, it went still further.  Yes. We experienced a power failure during our stay and our host Jonathan was actually highly proactive in sending us the written update from the power company within around 5 minutes!  That enabled us to figure out how to best utilize our time while riding out the anticipated downtime of less than 1 hour.  To me that is a clear example of amazing service!!  The location was quite perfect for the many different things that we were busy doing in Makati City.  Also the onsite and nearsite facilities provided ultra-convenient opportunities to save transportation time and expense by doing our basic shopping and dining within very short distances from the lobby of the building. Last but not least, I needed to be assured of having access to consistently super fast internet service for some of the computer duties that I must maintain.  The Quirky headline regarding the super-fast WIFI (and Jonathan sending me the Speedtest results showing near 100mbps) was all I needed to book with confidence and  served my needs perfectly." ~Glad

"Pros: This place was heavenly. Was very clean and very nice. Shops right downstairs of easy convenience. Easy to order a taxi using grab app as has private pick up and drop off area. The pool was amazing just need to grab your tickets before 1pm but our host told us all this before we arrive and is very helpful with any questions we had. Cons: Nothing it was perfect" ~La-toya
