"Pros: The location is great! Cons: The Gramercy should deal with Bookings.com directly and not use private hosts to rent out the rooms. We arrived in Manila only to find out that there was no room available and that we had a room in a different hotel in a completely different part of Manila 13km away from Makati. We reluctantly stayed there for 3 nights until our room became available at the Gramercy only to then to shoved into a room on the 3rd floor which are old, moldy and substandard rooms which have not been renovated yet. There were 5 of us as per our original booking but bedding for only 4, the five of us couldn't use all the facilities because the room is only designed for pax 4.... An absolute disaster.... and will never ever stay there again or recommend it to anyone. We basically got scammed by the host Ralf Ligon, watch out for this guy." ~Antti
