"Pros: Large spacious unit. Cant fault the staff, they were extremely helpful and responsive. The location is close to establishments and fairly easy walk to get to Terminal 3. It was thoughtful to have toothbrush, toothpaste and new disposable loofah for use. Cons: Space was outdated, towels were old and fringed but clean. The airconditioning unit is old and had a hard time cooling the unit during the day with the scorching heat but was alright overnight. Theres a lot of potential for the space such as putting a microwave as cant cook there, replace utensils as some had rust, update bed covers etc. The pullout on the sofa has mould as well. A business should look for people to come back, and although I had a good experience with the staff, its not enough for me to come back. Ill spend a little more to get something better in the future." ~Raymond
