"Pros: The main benefits of this unit (like all others in KL Tower)
- Predictable and consistent quality in the room and amenities
- It is located right across from Legazpi Park, but more critically is near the on/offramp for the SLEX, which makes going to/from the airport really quick and convenient
- Its proximity to Greenbelt, Salcedo Village, and Poblacion make this feel very central to the Makati CBD
- The laundry machine was excellent, and the balcony use meant that you could dry your clothing a lot faster
Cons: The building itself is starting to show its wear and age, and the room does follow suit. A redesign or renovation (both the building and the room) is needed within a year or two.
The fact that Greenbelt 1 was closed (no fault of the owner) and will remain so until 2028 means that getting into Greenbelt is roughly 500m further away than typical.
The room can strike you as a bit on the dark side. Bright halo bulbs used in the room made the lighting seem harsh; I also wish that alternative lighting (lamps) in the living room would have been available."
