"Pros: We stayed for 14 nights after a major operation and really appreciated the layout of the unit—it’s simple and functional. The minimalist interior, with no unnecessary decorations, made the space feel open and uncluttered. Everything we needed for a long stay was provided, from utensils to pots. The unit is easy to tidy up, and the water pressure in the shower is great. I especially liked the hand-held shower head. The building’s amenities are superb. On the 6th floor, there’s a pool and garden where you can enjoy fresh air and a peaceful stroll away from the busy area below. There’s also an event space on that floor. The staff is friendly, and we had no issues with the security guards or maintenance crew. We felt safe throughout our stay. The location is a big plus—conveniently close to major places in BGC. The host, Gerry, was attentive and kind, always making sure we had everything we needed and being very responsive to our requests. We will definitely rebook for my follow-up check-up!" ~Eden

"Pros: The cleanliness of the room was great, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, the room also had a safety locker to keep your valuables safe and a fridge to store your drinks. The air condition can cool down the room up to 5 degrees incase you want to experience the winters here. The pool was also nice and clean and provided a good swimming experience." ~Negbie

"Pros: Location is everything in this property. It is situated right next to malls with great selection of good coffee, food and supermarkets. Communication is also great from Evita althroughout. I would stay here again. Cons: The parking facility which is out of the owner’s control does not have access to the lifts so we had to take 6 flights of stairs which was relatively easy, but it may not be for those with lots of luggage so better keep that in mind if you bring a car." ~Julius
