"Pros: Location plus convenience Cons: Lots of rubbish in the room. Too many appliances you won't need and took the space. I have to call the owner on the day of my book in as there was no instructions given via email. Made me nervous a bit." ~Mika

"Pros: I have a design background and chose this apartment unit specifically as the layout was done well. The Nespresso coffee machine was definitely a big plus since my hubby is a big coffee drinker. The other unit owners should learn from this owner as I’ve inspected a couple of other units while I was there and they are nowhere near as good as this one. It doesn’t take much to get it right and can go a long way 👍 Cons: I’m all for area rugs! I have them in all the areas in my house including the kitchen but I feel there’s No need for an area rug in the lounge room as the floor tiles are glossy and the rug gets in the way when you need to walk back and forth (which I was doing a lot). The same goes for the small area rug in the bedroom. It looks pretty though. 😊" ~Maria
