"Cons: Hello, I want to appeal this booking since this is a BIG SCAM, and there is a cancellation fee. This booking got us frustrated and compromised a lot of things on our end last Saturday night. We waited and contacted the property's owner for almost 4 hours but got no response. The attached number is also unattended. This is worrying how booking.com can allow scammers to post a fake listing easily. I hope you can refund my booking and take the necessary actions to prevent people from getting scammed." ~Pj
