"Pros: I stayed because of a business conference I attended to in Grand Hyatt hotel. I like that it's near the venue and it's not difficult to find transportation. I also love how easy it is to locate, staff in the lobby is pleasant and kind, the place is quiet and has a very nice and relaxing view. :-) I love the actual unit as well as the cleanliness of it. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. :-) Cons: Probably just the internet speed as I was advised it's up to 100mbps but the actual speed when I ran it before my zoom meeting was only about 40mbps which got me disconnected from the webinar a lot of times. I understand, though, that that can not be controlled as the internet speed depends on the actual internet service provider's signal in the place. Just kindly let your customers' expectations be set about the real speed. But it's okay over all. :)" ~Janellyn
