"Pros: This studio is such a haven in the midst of the bustle of Katipunan, Q.C.. One is protected from the street noise (not entirely, but not bad), and from the heat (thanks to the aircon and fan). Conveniently situated near Ateneo University, the metro station, restaurants, convenience stores, the small, cozy, condo is perfect for one person and short stays. The security guards are very helpful and the owner is very kind. Cons: Nothing really but perhaps more storage space could be suggested and a more silent aircon. Also, the building does not always have a parking space for taxis or Grab (Uber) cars. The condo was new but knowing how fast buildings deteriorate in the Philippines, I hope that the place will remain in top shape. During my stay, there were no neighbours yet so the risk of noise was almost inexistent. Hopefully, when the building fills up with tenants, it won't be too noisy for one's comfort." ~Jocelyn
