"Pros: Close to good restaurants and Robinson mall. The staff is professional at all times. This is what keeps me coming back as their charm and pride in their work stands out to me. Cons: I wanted to pay in cash when I arrived knowing rooms were available but was told the higher end rooms were only available so I placed a reservation online and then the room I wanted became available. It was uncomfortable for the concierge and myself moving forward with the request but they still kept professional." ~Daniel
