"Pros: There were many amenities like kettle , fork , spoon and plates. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, very nice balcony for morning coffee or an evening Beer . Great location, walkable distance to SM mall of Asia around 10-14 minutes and surrounding the building there is an alphamart and laundromat for quick grocery shopping or washing clothes . The response from the host is very timely and the host is very helpful. Cons: The shower water pressure was a bit low , not all the rooms have the balcony with the fake grass. Only one toilet paper roll was provided. Should indicate on listing that there will be a deposit upon check in." ~Nigel
