"Pros: The location close to the airport and free usage of pool Cons: Because of their technical problems, I had to stay one night at the temporary room, which was a much more lower quality. Most probably I was bitten by a bed-bugs there. Manager was very rude, instead of trying to compensate me when I ask for the late, check out one or two hours, he asked for additional charge saying that I paid very low price via booking. although I never cooked or ate in a room, she accuse me of making a mess in the kitchen by leaving five or six coffee mugs in the sink, and also leaving the Aircon on pretty much sure that I turned off, because the remote went black. Yes Aircon continued to work but I thought it’s going to turn off eventually. It’s not my fault that all the equipment is dated there. Anyway, I don’t think this is such a catastrophe that you have to rub the nose of your guest with it . It’s very rude and unprofessional! Towel smelled so bad, that I had to go to buy washing powder and wash it before I was able to use it again." ~Ivan

"Pros: Location in great for those willing to stay somewhere close to the airport terminal. 20 min by walk using the sky bridge. Close to the Newport mall. The condo is small but could fit our family of 6 with an extra matress on the floor. Cons: The condo could have been cleaner than that. We found lots of hair on the floor. "Pros: Excellent location - near shopping, restaurants, and airport; very secure - gated with guards; requires tapping the card for lobby entry and exit Space - clean and comfortable; provided basic amenities and slippers; stable WiFi connection; complete kitchen items; great AC units in bedroom and living room - cooled the spaces quickly from being off when leaving the unit; hot water in shower Staff - easily accessible; quick to respond; uncomplicated check-in and check-out procedures Cons: Some difficulty with opening and locking the unit deadbolt Nice to have - extra towels for a longer stay and over-the-door hooks for clothes" ~Urania

"Pros: Joan is very accomodating, she gave us a bigger apartment since we have 2 dogs. The unit is complete with aminities, like living at your own home, away from home. We enjoy our stay, and planning to go back anytime soon. Cons: None" ~Arpia
