"Pros: The bed was comfortable and easy access to shops and airport. Cons: This place was dirty lots of cockroaches in the draws cupboards and crawling around the condo. Not recommended if you want a clean place also the bathroom smelt mouldy." ~Jimmy

"Pros: All in all ok. It is next to Terminal 3 which is why I booked it for one night. And for the purpose to rest some hours close to terminal one it was totally fine. Cons: I filtered for Hotels with a 24/7 reception on booking.com as I booked last minute and I knew I would arrive in Manila without data in the middle of the night. Turned out it is an apartment in a property with 24/7 security who did not know much what was going on with this exact apartment. It was a bit annoying as no one in the streets or around the airport knew the name of the property, which I thought is a hotel. In the end I almost couldn't check in because I couldn't access the messages of the host. Nothing unsolvable. But if you filter for a Hotel because you don't want to have the annoying check-in procedure that comes with private studios and in the end you have exactly what you wanted to avoid after a 20h travel you are annoyed enough to leave this comment." ~At123456
