"Pros: The room was in very good condition. The majority o the items (e.g., washer, microwave, refrigerator, air-conditioning) worked without issue. The security at the location was extremely helpful. Located next to the Newport Mall, which was extremely convenient. Would stay again in the future without question!
Cons: Very minor items were "broken" but easily fixed (e.g., the sink faucet was loose as was the toilet seat). Also, there wasn't a garbage can in the kitchen (smaller ones around the apartment but nothing I was comfortable leaving food inside). Finally, would be nice to have had a run down of the rules while staying there (discovered we should not be drying clothes outside on the balcony and that garbage needed to be taken to the basement floor ourselves). No major problems at all, but nice to point out for future tenants."
