"Pros: For an affordable price, you get a good place to either rest or do remote work. It is also located near SM, Robinsons, and Ayala malls. Which means everything you need is just a few steps away. There are also 24/7 shops within the area, like 99 ramen and Alfamart. The host is very accommodating even during the late hours. Thank you very much, Sir JD! Cons: Again, for its price, you get the basics outright. You can maximize the unit's amenities, just ask the host for assistance. A warm throw blanket would be a nice addition for the beddings. The electric kettle wasn't working, but you can always use the stove and pot to boil water for coffee. Just think out of the box.
