"Pros: When we arrived/checked in, to our very much surprised, the room was unsanitary! It has chemical smell which is probably due to rat and cockroach poison (there were rat poop all over kitchen area and cockroaches are crawling all over). It was 3am when we checked in, tired from a long flight, were very upset and disgusted! We waited a few hours (until dawn) to contact the owner/renter about the poor condition of the room and to check out (we didn’t plan to stay any longer than few hours we endured . In short, we didnt used up the booked number of nights. We reached out to booking.com to assist us in getting the refund because the owner/renter is not responding in our request for a refund given the poor and unsanitary room provided to us.
