"Pros: 1. The owner is very responsive 2. ike the washing machine very convenient 3. The aircon really cold and you can adjust it from 12-30’C 4. Secure door knob 5. Many trash cans 6. They have laundry stand and iron for clothes 7. High speed wifi 8. They have 2 pairs of slippers 9. They have 4 pillows and more than 5 hangers 10. There is more bed you can pull out under the bed Cons: 1. Thin curtains, sink and toilet easily get clogged. 2. Noisy airplane every 10-15 mins, kinda scary when you’re in swimming pool. 3. Buying tickets to be able to go swimming, 150 php each for weekdays and 300 php for weekends. 4. I think one time the life guard is smoking and i hate it while sitting in the chair near the pool. 5. Microwave not functioning 6. I can’t cook in 2 stove in the same time. One pan is too big 7. We can’t adjust the heater for the water in the bathroom too hot. 8. We can’t open the Netflix 9. The blankets are too thin compare to the thin curtains 10. Buying tickets you need to go to the billing admin and walk for 3-5 mins and wait there to be called and pay together with other people paying for their condo bills like water, electricity and etc. Can’t swim the pool easily" ~Fields
