"Pros: The condo is nice and well kept, the building where it is placed well maintained and quiet, we never had to wait for elevators and it is not crowded. It is close to many restaurants. Cons: Could benefit from better windows (you can hear the music till late at night) and darker curtains as you sleep right under the window." ~Emiliano
